Intuitive Interviewer
Going from “Nice to meet you” to getting strangers to share their darkest struggles is my purpose, my passion, and my my top skill.
It’s not easy to initiate sensitive conversations. I connect with and create solid rapport with strangers, and then confidently lead and skillfully steer the conversation – exploring and extracting major story points, colorful details, drama, and emotion with delicacy and boldness.
I recognize what’s authentic & unique and what’s universal & relatable about interviewees and their circumstances, navigating through the silences and the ramblings. I track the story, understand the timeline, find the connective tissue, and draw out the HOW and the WHY.
Empathetic Listener
Whether in person or over Zoom, I create a warm, safe space for humans of all ages and backgrounds to feel comfortable and be themselves. I offer a calming presence, supportive spirit, and a natural curiosity for who you are and what you’ve been through.
I start and lead conversations about sensitive subject matter, asking questions that draw out memories, details, and feelings you may or may not have shared before.
20+ years experience
I have interviewed civilians and A-list celebrities from North America to Africa – in person, over Zoom, in the delivery room, outside courthouses, concerts, and sporting events, backstage, on the red carpet, on set, on tour, on the street, on the job, and in people's cars, kitchens, bedrooms and bathtubs.

When I started my career in news, I learned early on how to interview anyone, anywhere, anytime about anything – and find the story, focus on the characters, understand the timeline, and discover details that are relatable and will really resonate with audiences.
